Registration
Who can register for the ETL Summer Camp?
Camp is open to 8-13 year-old students. Seats are limited and we will fill them on a first come/ first serve basis.
Camp Costs and Fees
There is a $100.00 fee that will partially cover materials for projects. You may cancel your participation any time, but fees are not refundable. Please make a check or money order payable to the University of Illinois at Chicago, no cash accepted.
The registration fee can be combined into one check if multiple students are being enrolled.
Registration is not final until the payment is received.
We highly recommend delivering the check in person. If you elect to use mail, please send it using a traceable method (i.e. Certified Mail)

2. Media Release Form
- Please sign the TWO forms (scroll below). You can choose between the paper for or digital form.
- If you fill up the paper request form, please use contact us page for email, fax to (312) 413-3602, or drop off in person.
