Equipment Custodian

Required, except for small peripherals. Use internal system for temp checkout.
Data Sanitization (Wipe)

ONLY for NON-disposable equipment that will be returned to the department.
Equipment Disposal

When the custodian no longer requires the equipment.
Equipment Repair

Any repairs done by ETL or sent to the repair center.
Equipment Disposal Labels

Adhesive labels for application on disposable equipment.
Software Purchase

P-Card Software Purchase.
Temporary Checkout

Ticketing system is preferred.
Equipment Loan

For students, please sign the proxy from staff/faculty.
